Curtis Collectibles reserves the right to restrict sales to persons suspected of reselling our products at higher prices. Some high-demand items may have limitations on quantity in order to ensure the needs of as many collectors as possible are met.

By purchasing on pre-order you reserve the item subject to availability from the manufacturer. The additional advantage is reserve the price. Since the Pandemic caused logistical challenges manufactures have increased prices. If the price increases from the time you place your order, your price does not increase
Local customers in the area who wish to arrange a pick up in Brighton, Trenton or Belleville have the option to purchase without a shipping charge. Cash, eTransfer, or prepaid. If you pick up in the local area a “pick up” coupon is available at check out to credit the equivalant cost of the shipping charge.
We offer a limited* flat rate shipping (meaning as many figures as you want). *Regretfully due to the excessive cost to ship to BC, and the Maritimes, the flat rate shipping is not available in British Columbia the Maritime provinces (P.E.I, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador). If you are in BC or the Maritimes, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping does not include insurance unless otherwise requested and paid for. Tracking within Canada is included and provided. Curtis Collectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once shipped. Shipping of multiple items is encouraged to reduce the overall cost as often more than one item can be shipped together at no additional cost.

Available via Canada Post/USPS and tracking is included. Insurance is extra and recommended. Curtis Collectibles is not responsible for being lost or damaged once shipped.
Please contact us for a quote as no two locations are identical and rates change often. Curtis Collectibles is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred upon delivery. Tracking and insurance are recommended and Curtis Collectibles are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Important Information Regarding Shipping
Incorrect shipping address – If the shipping address supplied to Curtis Collectibles is incorrect or incomplete, Canada Post will return the item to us as “Undeliverable” and will be charged a return postage charge. An example of this is the failure to include an apartment or unit number. If the return postage is not paid Canada Post will keep the parcel. Curtis Collectibles is not responsible for any charges incurred by an incorrect address.
Items purchased from Curtis Collectibles may be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
- Some items are final sale, as noted.
- Local pick-ups can be inspected before being accepted.
- All items are inspected before shipping and if an item is opened, and found to be defective, it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
- Notification of request to return must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.
- Unless found to be defective, all returns must be sealed in the packaging and in the condition as received.
- If the wrong item is shipped to Curtis Collectibles we will accept responsibility and pay for return shipping charges.
