Curtis Collectibles reserves the right to restrict sales to persons suspected of reselling our products at higher prices. Some high-demand items may have limitations on quantity in order to ensure the needs of as many collectors as possible are met.

Available and require a 10 % deposit to secure your item. If for reasons beyond our control the item is canceled and no longer available, the deposit will be refunded.

Shipping is normally provided by Canada Post unless otherwise requested and rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping does not include insurance unless otherwise requested and paid for. Tracking within Canada is included and provided. Curtis Collectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once shipped. Shipping of multiple items is encouraged to reduce the overall cost as often more than one item can be shipped together at no additional cost.

Incorrect shipping address – If the shipping address supplied to Curtis Collectibles is incorrect or incomplete, Canada Post will return the item to us as “Undeliverable” and will be charged a return postage charge. An example of this is the failure to include an apartment or unit number. If the return postage is not paid Canada Post will keep the parcel. Curtis Collectibles is not responsible for any charges incurred by an incorrect address.

Items purchased from Curtis Collectibles may be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

  • Some items are final sale, as noted.
  • Local pick-ups can be inspected before being accepted.
  • All items are inspected before shipping and if an item is opened, and found to be defective, it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
  • Notification of request to return must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.
  • Unless found to be defective, all returns must be sealed in the packaging and in the condition as received.
  • If the wrong item is shipped to Curtis Collectibles we will accept responsibility and pay for return shipping charges.
